ARP Organizational Structure

*Performs the coordination role for the entire program, implements policies and procedures for the program and provides guidance in carrying out recruitment activities for the Corps.

**Selected by the CPO and PAC, Manages the program at the PAC level, oversees and manages recruitment activities within the entire category and holds authority for selection and termination of new Associate Recruiters.

***Participates in recruitment activities, meetings and functions to promote career opportunities in the Commissioned Corps.  Works closely with the Agency lead to monitor Agency staffing needs that can be filled with Corps officers.  Can be civilian.
