The Junior Officer Advisory Group (JOAG) was established to provide a voice for all junior officers (O-4 and below) on issues affecting the future of the Commissioned Corps. JOAG supports the Corps by supporting junior officers at the beginning of their careers and helps to mentor them in career development, fully recognizing the value of junior officers and their future role as the leadership of the Corps.
